Russia Unleashes Lancet Drones, AI Cyberwarfare Systems at Belarus Security Expo as Moscow-Minsk Defense Axis Deepens
ROSOBORONEXPORT’s high-profile appearance at Belarus-2026 signals a deeper Russia-Belarus strategic defense alignment featuring Lancet loitering munitions, AI-powered cybersecurity systems and next-generation special forces technologies.
(DEFENCE SECURITY ASIA) — ROSOBORONEXPORT is organizing a unified Russian defense exhibit at the 3rd International “National Security. Belarus-2026 Exhibition” taking place in Minsk from June 17 to 19.
The international security exhibition is jointly organized by the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Presidential Property Management Department of Belarus and the National Exhibition Center BelExpo.
Director General of ROSOBORONEXPORT, Alexander Mikheev, said the strategic partnership between Russia and Belarus has reached an exceptionally high level through extensive industrial collaboration in advanced defense and security technologies.


He said the exhibition will also serve as a platform to discuss new joint projects aimed at strengthening national security while showcasing Russia’s latest operationally proven technologies developed through real-world experience in counterterrorism and organized crime operations.
The Russian pavilion is focusing on unmanned systems, special forces equipment and advanced cybersecurity technologies developed by the country’s defense industry.
Several major subsidiaries under Rostec, including RosEl and Kalashnikov Group, are also participating in the unified Russian exhibition.
Among the key systems on display are the Lancet-E loitering munition system, the SKAT 350M reconnaissance UAV, the KUB-2E loitering munition, the RUS-PE portable reconnaissance-and-strike system and the S350M-E reconnaissance UAV.
The small arms section features various versions of the AK-12 assault rifle, the AM-17 compact assault rifle, the PPK-20 submachine gun, 9mm Lebedev pistols, AR-platform carbines and specialized electro-optical devices.
Visitors to the Russian exhibit are also being introduced to the latest Specter sniper system designed for high-precision special operations missions.
ROSOBORONEXPORT is additionally showcasing advanced personal protective systems for law enforcement personnel, including modular body armor, ballistic helmets, tactical communications systems and specialized explosive detection equipment.
The company is also presenting AI-assisted cybersecurity systems designed to monitor open-source information, identify national security threats and defend critical digital infrastructure against cyberattacks.
