Malaysian Army Chief Inducted Into US Army’s International Hall of Fame
The Chief of the Malaysian Army (PTD), General Muhammad Hafizuddeain Jantan, has been inducted as the 300th member of the International Hall of Fame (IHOF) at the United States Army Command and General Staff College (USACGSC) in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, USA, on October 11, 2024.
(DEFENCE SECURITY ASIA) — The Chief of the Malaysian Army (PTD), General Muhammad Hafizuddeain Jantan, has been inducted as the 300th member of the International Hall of Fame (IHOF) at the United States Army Command and General Staff College (USACGSC) in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, USA, on October 11, 2024.
This prestigious recognition is a significant milestone and a source of pride, as General Muhammad Hafizuddeain becomes only the third Malaysian in history to be inducted into the IHOF of USACGSC.
He follows in the footsteps of former Army Chiefs, General Tan Sri Md Hashim Hussein (ret.) (18th Chief of Army) and General Tan Sri Mohd Shahrom Dato’ Haji Nordin (ret.) (19th Chief of Army), who were also honored with the same distinction.
General Muhammad Hafizuddeain is an alumnus of the USACGSC, having graduated in 2001.
In attendance at the ceremony was Puan Sri Datin Wira Hartiah binti Hamzah, Chairwoman of the Army Family Welfare Association (BAKAT).
