🎬 Russia’s Black Sea Fleet Decimates Ukrainian Unmanned Boats off Crimean Coast
The Russian Ministry of Defense has unveiled video evidence capturing the engagement of Russian Sukhoi Su-30SM and Sukhoi Su-24M aircraft patrolling the waters adjacent to Crimea, as they successfully neutralized Ukrainian unmanned boats.
(DEFENCE SECURITY ASIA) — Footage 🎬 depicting the operational activities of Su-30SM and Su-24M crews from Russia’s Black Sea Fleet has been released, showcasing their efforts off the coast of Crimea.
The primary objective of these pilots is the detection and neutralization of unmanned boats and high-speed landing vessels operated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The aerial units, mobilized from the duty forces, employ aircraft cannons or bombs to eliminate identified targets.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has unveiled video evidence capturing the engagement of Russian Sukhoi Su-30SM and Sukhoi Su-24M aircraft patrolling the waters adjacent to Crimea, as they successfully neutralized Ukrainian unmanned boats.
The Department for Information Support of the Black Sea Fleet has specified that the mission assigned to the Su-30SM and Su-24M crews is the identification and elimination of unmanned and high-speed landing boats belonging to the Ukrainian military.
According to the report, high-speed surface targets such as fighter jets and front-line bombers, once detected, are engaged by the duty force’s aircraft guns or aerial bombs.
Furthermore, the multifunctional Su-30SM jets have demonstrated high efficacy in countering enemy drones utilized in attempts to target the infrastructure of the peninsula.
The Navy pilots have successfully intercepted and downed numerous Ukrainian drones over the Black Sea, as noted by the department. — DSA
