The Iron Fist Exercise involves competitions among fighter aircraft squadrons, not only to assess their level of efficiency and foster camaraderie but, more importantly, to test the readiness level of TUDM.
Special evaluation teams have been appointed for this exercise to assess the competition based on three main events: Air to Ground, Ground Attack Tactics/Surface Attack Tactics, and Ground Crew.
This competition will also see the winners from all fighter squadrons being honored with three titles: “Top Gun Pilot,” “Top Ground Crew,” and “Top Gun Squadron” during the upcoming Jaguh Night 2023. – DSA
