French FREMM Frigate “Bretagne” Makes Port Call in Kota Kinabalu

As part of its long-range deployment from April to October this year, the French Navy’s Aquitaine-class FREMM frigate “Bretagne” (D655) made a port visit to Kota Kinabalu.
The Danish Navy has reportedly failed to deploy the warship “Iver Huitfeldt” for a critical mission in the northern Atlantic Ocean, North Sea, and Baltic Sea after the frigate could not be repaired following “damage” sustained during a mission in the Red Sea earlier last year.
Recognized as one of the most modern warships in the Iranian Navy, the Moudge-class frigate named “Sahand” (F-74) has reportedly sunk at Bandar Abbas Port today.
A few days ago, the Turkish Navy received three ships and an Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV), all domestically built, including its first national frigate named “TCG Istanbul” with 80 percent localisation.
