Rosoboronexport announced the agreements recently but withheld the identities of the purchasing countries, contracted quantities, delivery schedules, weapons packages, training arrangements, and financial terms governing the undisclosed fifth-generation fighter acquisitions.

Chief executive Alexander Mikheev said the company’s order book contained several Su-57E export contracts, with deliveries to new foreign customers scheduled to begin during 2026, potentially confirming that Russia has moved beyond its first acknowledged overseas operator.

“Rosoboronexport’s order book currently includes several contracts for the supply of this aircraft, and it is planned to begin fulfilling obligations to new foreign customers in 2026.”
